1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Presentify, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily use Presentify for personal or commercial attendance tracking purposes. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose without authorization
• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained in Presentify
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.

4. Data Collection and Privacy

We collect and process attendance data, facial recognition data, and user information as described in our Privacy Policy. By using Presentify, you consent to such processing and you warrant that all data provided by you is accurate.

5. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time without notice.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Presentify or its suppliers be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the service, even if Presentify has been notified of the possibility of such damages.
